We do not send marketing emails about new features, promotions, or other advertising.

Article 5 (Legal Bases for Processing)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, or another law requires us to state a legal basis, we process Personal Information on the following grounds:

  1. Performance of a contract: to create your account and provide AI generation, storage, payment processing, and other Service features you request
  2. Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  3. Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and improve the Service, including analytics where permitted by applicable law
  4. Consent: for optional processing such as Google Analytics in regions where prior consent is required

Article 6 (AI Processing)

To process your instructions, the Service sends prompts, relevant conversation history, attached images, and related design data to the Anthropic or OpenAI API.

We do not use User Content to train AI models. Inputs and outputs sent through the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs are not used to train their models unless you explicitly opt in. We do not enable data sharing for training.

Under their standard settings, AI providers may retain some inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to monitor misuse and comply with law.

AI provider safety systems may automatically review inputs and outputs and may reject certain requests.

Article 7 (Cookies and Analytics)

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, maintain security, remember language and theme preferences, and provide other features you request. These technologies cannot be declined.

We start Google Analytics automatically in Japan and the United States. In other regions, or when we cannot determine the country, we start it only after you select Allow in the cookie consent prompt. You can decline or change your choice in every region.

Read the Cookie Policy
